Seaview Motel is a quaint family-owned ocean front 19 room fishing pier motel enjoyed by all.... beach goers, sun worshippers, shark tooth hunters, seashell hunters, and pier/surf fishing enthusiasts!

We have rooms that have 1 Queen bed w/ a recliner or rooms that have 2 double beds. Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, individual heating/Air conditioning units, cable, Free Wi-Fi, small bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bed and bath linens are provided. Full-service housekeeping is available daily to help you relax during your stay. Your room includes free parking, private access to the beach, access to fishing pier for walking/observation. Fishing tickets are sold separately at pier house .

Terms and Conditions

Requirements to reserve a room: Must be 18 years old, ID required at check in, valid credit card to hold the room, $20 nonrefundable reservation deposit is required at time of booking and balance is paid upon check in.

Cancellation Policy: 3 days’ notice prior to check in is required to cancel any reservation.

Cancellation fee: More than 3 days prior to arrival $20 deposit. Less than 3 days prior to arrival. 1 Night Stay + Taxes + $20 deposit.

Check in time: 3pm or after (early check in is available upon request for a small fee, ask about details)

Check out time: 11am (late check out available upon request for a small fee, ask about details)
